On behalf of PROFIL NR Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa (limited liability company limited partnership) with its registered office in Wojkowice We would like to inform that on 22th May 2017 Profil Grzegorz Rauk Ewa Niepsuj S.J. (general partnership) with its registered office in Wojkowice has been transformed in PROFIL NR Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Wojkowice, on that day an entry in the register of entrepreneurs of NCR took place.
Change of the legal form and consequently the name does not affect the continuation of the activity by the entity. According to the Code of Commercial Partnerships, PROFIL NR Spółka
z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k. (limited liability company limited partnership) with its registered office in Wojkowice is the legal successor of the transformed company (general succession).
The company retains its current address, tax identification number NIP and National Official Business Register Regon number, and bank account number; only the number in NCR has changed. The transformation of the legal form of the company shall not affect the validity of contracts concluded earlier.
